Service terms

Business use

ListBridge is a business service. You must have authority to accept these terms for your organization and to connect every seller account submitted through your workspace. Keep member accounts, API keys, HMAC secrets, and webhook secrets secure.

Sandbox and live access

The sandbox uses simulated marketplace responses and must not be used for real marketplace activity. Live access requires an active subscription. The initial live release supports Leboncoin only and remains a beta service unless the commercial agreement says otherwise.

Acceptable use

Use ListBridge only for seller accounts and listings you are authorized to manage. Don't use the service to break marketplace rules, publish unlawful or deceptive content, bypass account restrictions, probe another workspace, overload the service, distribute malware, or expose credentials to unauthorized people.

Marketplace relationship

Leboncoin is a separate service. You remain responsible for seller consent, listing content, product legality, marketplace fees, account standing, and compliance with marketplace terms. ListBridge can't guarantee that a marketplace accepts a connection or listing.

Plans and billing

Paid plans include a fixed subscription and may include metered credit and active-account overages. Checkout shows the applicable price and tax before payment. Stripe processes payments. Upgrades, downgrades, cancellation, restoration, failed payments, refunds, and service credits follow the commercial agreement and the choices shown in the billing console.

Availability and changes

Beta connectors can be interrupted by marketplace changes, seller verification, or maintenance. We may change limits, retire unsafe behavior, or suspend an account to protect customers, the service, or a third party. Any committed service level appears in the signed agreement, not on the public status page.

Customer data

You retain rights in the data and listing content you submit. You instruct ListBridge to process that data only to provide, secure, support, and bill for the service. Privacy, retention, deletion, and subprocessor terms are described in the privacy notice and signed data processing terms.

Support and termination

You can stop using the sandbox at any time and manage a paid subscription in the billing console. We may restrict access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, or a material breach. Data export, deletion, liability, warranties, governing law, and notice periods follow the signed commercial agreement.
